Horse riding is a potentially dangerous activity. AJS Equestrian accept no liability for any accident, injury, damage or loss how so ever caused.
Participating in any activity offered by AJS Equestrian, is done so with the understanding that you accept that you do so at your own risk.
You must listen to instructions given to you by your instructor and you must understand that by ignoring them, this could potentially cause you or your horse harm.
You are strongly advised to consider the following; your personal protective equipment (Riding hats to current standard - BS EN 1384& PAS 015), any known medical conditions that may affect your riding ability and your horses suitability for the activities you wish to participate in.
Private lessons 45min are not available to children under 10 years.
Voucher bearer's are only entitled to the session duration stated on the front of the voucher. Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months & all sessions must be taken during this period of time, failure to do this will result in loss of lessons.
No refunds will be given from sales of vouchers or talks.
Theory Courses must be paid for in advance and are only refundable at half the full price.
Cancellation of activities must be given with at least 48 hours notice. Failing this will result in you being charged in full for your activity.
Travelling distance/time is at the discretion of the business and must be prior arranged. Additional travel costs may be incurred throughout all services rendered.

AJS Equestrian will not accept liability for any injury, accident, damage or loss however caused to persons, animals or property during activities. You are required to assist with the clipping of your horse for health and safety implications, but you do so at your own risk.
All prices are on a per animal basis with regard to the Clipping, Trimming, Show Preparation, Schooling, Backing, Grooms Service & General Exercising.
Trimming Ears & whiskers is only offered in conjunction with the other services.
AJS Equestrian will not be held liable for any damage to items incurred after the event of sale; all items are sold as seen.
Payment must be made in advance for all AJS Equestrian products, returns will be accepted with 14 days of purchase & return postage cost will fall upon the purchaser.
AJS Equestrian holds no responsibility for any items sold by a third party any queries or returns MUST be taken up with the third party.
Membership - for members aged 16 years and below bill payers permission must be obtained. To revive the discounts, offers & free products with the membership you must be a continues member for at least 6 months. Cancellation of the membership - two months notice must be given unless you have been a member for over a year then only one months notice is required. The membership will renew automatically on an annual basis unless cancelled by the member, giving notice in writing to AJS Equestrian. Free products and services will only be authorized once payment has been accepted. Membership payments are non-refundable.
Virtual Training - Only the lesson length purchased will be advised upon, no refunds accepted.
